Exemplary service received from Namhla Mpalulo at the Sandton Branch Claims Dept.
Namhla administrated my claim in the most professional, expedient and task focused manner possible.
My expectations were exceeded by far!
WELL DONE for setting the bar high!
I wish Discovery HEALTH would follow the example set by INSURE!!!
