Exemplary claim experience

<p>my wife had recently been involved in an accident. I called in to Discovery to log a claim a few days later and was assisted by Tovhowani. </p> <p>After about 5 minutes on the phone, and a subsequent email indicating where to have my vehicle assessed, everything was sorted. The fact that I did not have to take my vehicle for quotes was completely liberating. It was really just a one stop experience which really blew my mind.</p> <p>I just hope that their approved panel beater lives up to the standards set by the insurer ( Discovery Insure). </p> <p>Well done guys. This system is a definite and welcomed improvement from the norm.</p>
