Excess Waiver ****
According to my policy document, after an accident Discovery Insure appoints a legal team to investigate who was wrong, if the policy holder was NOT wrong and the legal team proves it, the Insured (me) will get the excess paid back.
I have been following up on this matter many times, Discovery Insure just ignores me, because I can see that the email were delivered to them.

Who do I speak to when I need to check the status of claim, do I use hellopeter again?
