EXCESS WAIVER

I put in a claim following an accident my wife had on 20 May 2015. On 25 May 2015, my claim was authorized. On May 28, I received a call from Innocent Jali followed by an email, informing me that R3000 excess that I was supposed to pay upon collection of the vehicle has been waived. I am impressed by the speed at which my claim was processed, but best of all , the waiving of the excess. Disovery Insure, I am so impressed with your staff and would recommend you to anyone.
