Excess Refund
I was not even aware that I have a refund <br> My partner notified me the email sent by Portia for a refund due to me for the Excess minus from the payment made for my motor vehicle claim <br> I sent all the required documents and Portia efficiently assisted me <br> I'm very happy with overall I received from Portia and I'd gladly recommend her for assistance
