Excess recovery
On 27 Aug 2018 I reported that I was in an accident and that I need my excess to be recovered from the other party. Tebogo Modipa took over the matter. I have been following up with on this Monday 07 January 2019 10:02 AM, Thu, Sep 26, 2019, Sep 27, 10:14 AM to find out the status of the matter. To date no response was received?

27 Sept 2019, 11:57Good day, Im once again asking for the clause where you say that you are not going to pay the remainder of my excess if you pay an amount now. Im not going to accept anything like "because that's the rules". I previously asked this, and this request was just ignored.

30 Sept 2019, 14:58So Discovery still maintain their silence and ignorance to requests. You will now not get paid until I receive my money back on what is recovered. All debit orders will be reversed tomorrow. You will also pay back all money that is recovered after this. I am now fedup with your service.
