Excess funder is a trap!!!

Why is it that if I put my rewards into an excess funder I cant not get those fuel rewards when I decide to cancel the insurance yet the person collecting the rewards every month does not get any penalties whe they decide to cancel. If I had know that Discovery was going to trap me in this way I would have never done that. Further more discovery can not compete with other insurers yet you have to forfeit your rewards whe you leave. That is not fair at all. This is unfair practices and I should receive my rewards. I will have to approach the insurance ombuds in terms of unfair practices if I do not get paid me rewards when i am cancelling.
