Excess Funder Account - False advertising Rewards
Discovery is the biggest *******, increased my premium with R200 after a year with no claims what a joke... cancelled my policy today as I got better insurance with NO yearly increases. Been told by agent and rude Manager on duty that I won’t get a refund on my fuel rewards and rewards for good driving as the money is within Excess Funder Account and can only access this money after no claims within 4 Years, what a joke and false advertising to get new business , all this rewards pay backs is all big talk and the client actually Never gets this money... Will Never Insurance with Discovery Again

The benefit of the "Excess Funder Account" is to either use the funds towards a motor cycle or vehicle excess in the event of a claim, or you may withdraw 50% of the funds after the policy's third anniversary.
