Excess

I have an excess funder now a lodged a claim for the cellphone as the screen is broken . I am told I need to buy R750.00 excess which when I took the policy I was told excess funder will assist in terms of an excess required . Now I am told it is only for the car claims which I was never told . I need the R750.00 to be deducted from excess funder .
