Exceptionally Bad Communication

Have been waiting for 6 weeks to get our monthly payback and numerous emails with just generic replies. If you want good service and communication do not select this insurer.

Finally received payment after numerous complaints but still have not had any correspondence from Discovery Insure. Herein lies the problem then; that not even the CEO is interested in communication.
