Exceptional Service - Road Assist
I just experienced an accident earlier today, on a busy freeway. I was stranded and stressed with my 2 young children. Peter Thabo Mokoena was my first point of contact and assisted me over and above his role. He managed to calm me and explain in detail the next steps and constantly kept in contact with me throughout my ordeal. Thabo is simply amazing and on Christmas eve when its such a busy time, Thabo helped me with his kindness and grace. Thank you Thabo for your exceptional help. Thank you for helping me through my frantic emotions you really are a star and I appreciate you today.
