Exceptional Service Rendered

<p>My car was insured with Discovery and it was damaged during a very sudden and bad hailstorm while I was in Swaziland doing volunteering wok. </p> <p> </p> <p>I submitted a claim claim and was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Tshepo Mohatle. He was courteous and always professional on the phone. He tried to help me with the claim but when I came back to SA I was subsequently told that my claim was rejected.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was furious as I wanted to terminate my house, vehicle and medical cover with Discovery. I was also not very polite with Tshepo in my correspondence.</p> <p> </p> <p>instead of being angry with me for my rudeness, he went the extra mile and offered to help me to have the claim approved. And he must have fought hard for my case because it was approved eventually!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so impressed with the service of this gentleman as it is not often that the claim consultant having faced the abuse of customers still willing to fight for them. I really appreciate and applaud the excellent service from Tshepo and Discovery is really lucky to have him.
