Exceptional Service provided by Discovery Insure - Peter Rankhathali

I was involved in a car accident on the 4 March and my claim was handled by Peter Rankhathali, I called Discovery Insure on the 5th March and spoke to some lady and asked for Peter and she asked me if she can assist because Peter was busy with something i think and that lady was good unfortunately i forgot her name, she took the Incident description and passed on the message to Peter then he returned my call on the same day and arranged with the assessors to go and assess my car on the 8 March and he called me on the 10 Mar and advised that my car was written off , he asked for the docs so that they can settle the bank, i got the docs on the same day and he settled the bank same day, he is truly good and passionate about what he does and understood what i was going through , thanks Peter R for the exceptional service that you provided and keep up the good work and thanks to Discovery Insure team for looking after your customer and providing the best service :)
