Exceptional Service “PATRICK NDOPU”

I would like to acknowledge PATRICK NDOPU for his excellent service and for doing so much more than he was required to. My 81 year old mother was stranded on the side of the road in peak Friday afternoon traffic when her car broke down. Even though I have her car insured on my policy, due to the age of the car it is not comprehensively covered and so does not qualify for road side assistance. I was out of town on business and stressed as I was not able to be of assistance to my mother. PATRICK NDOPU went out of his way to engage Discovery service providers to assist her directly, which they did promptly! He also took the time out to call me to update me as to the progress of the towing service. Customer service excellence of the highest kind! Thank you “PATRICK NDOPU”!
