Exceptional Service from Willie Scholtz at Discovery Insure

I had the pleasure of dealing with Willie Scholtz this morning on what should have been an easy jump start situation but wasn't because I was driving my sister's car.

This meant that I couldn't do it through my Discovery policy (not my registered vehicle) but couldn't initiate it on my sister's policy either as I am not an authorised person on her policy.

Willie liaised with both of us to arrange authorisation from my sister and ensured that I got the help I needed as soon as possible.

Willie was very professional and kept me informed of what was happening and which provider was coming out to help me.
