Exceptional Service from Maphee Mo***eng Aubrey at Discovery Insure

Having been involved in a minor accident in September 2020, I made a claim with Discovery Insure and was happily assisted by Maphee Mo***eng Aubrey. Mr. Mo***eng went above and beyond to have my claim processed and completed, his customer service and knowledge of the company & Discovery Insure product is exceptional to say the least. Discovery you guys have a rare jewel in Aubrey, in South Africa we have a poor record in customer service and when one comes across a person that represents himself & Discovery in such a professional manner it really stands head & shoulders above the competition and in his immediate team he works in. Discovery Insure you guys need to incorporate Aubrey in training to instill skills & product knowledge with any new recruits joining the business (sorry Aubrey for giving you extra work lol!) Discovery Insure please ensure Maphee Mo***eng is rewarded for his exceptional work ethic as I'm sure he has helped a lote more Discover Insure clients.
