I received excellent, professional and exceptional service from Sandile Mhlanga. He was able to guide and assist me in retaining the cover I had by sending the documents and explaining while I went through the document on my side which is something that was never done by any of the consultants I've dealt with before. Some expect you to understand their terminology and refuse to provide you with documents so that you also internalise at your own pace. I managed to retain without switching to another.
