Exceptional Service
I called with a problem around 10am this morning. Thato who took my call said that she was unable to give me a solution, but will refer to the relevant departments and get back to me before close of day today. SHE DID!!! I got a call back from her at 4:50pm and she had sourced all the answers to my problem with clear and detailed instructions for me to facilitate an immediate solution. THIS HAS BEEN SUCH A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE TO WHAT IS USUALLY A CALL CENTRE DRAMA.
