Exceptional Service

Dear Discovery,<br> <br> I contacted the call centre today to enquire about administration relating to a policy. This was a tricky situation since the documentation I was searching for was very old. I was pleasantly surprized when Sibu answered the call and immediately when out of his way to assist me.<br> <br> Good service needs a mention but this level of exceptional service shows character. He obviously loves helping people and thus I am sure his attitude and demeanour will take him far in life.
