Nonhlanhla Sithumule, though my issue is still pending i would love to give credit and command this lovely lady that assist me with 3rd party claim that has been going on for 4 months, calling Discovery has been the most devasting experience makes me question a lot from a customer perspective, After speaking to Thabiso yesterday which was of great assistance it would be nice to multiple people of their caliber in a customer service environment and highly recommend they are recognized.
