Exceptional service

<p>I had SO many changes that needed to be made to my policy... which took almost 25minutes. But Tshidi was so friendly, patient and helpful that it didn't even feel that long. I mean, nobody exactly wants to spend that amount of time on the phone, unless you're a teenager.
