My car was sent to one of Discovery Insurance service providers, Durban Panel Beaters (Durban Branch). Wow, what amazing service. I was communicated regularly. I had an uphill battle from inception of the claim with the claim assessor from Discovery. Until the Durban Panel Beaters team took over. This company took every measure to ensure my car was sorted out in the most excellent and efficient way. I have not seen this type of service in such a long time, that its lead me to make sure I let people know what an excellent company they are.
