Exceptional service

How insane is this, i called a few weeks ago to remove a car from my policy, and Shelly-Ann G assisted me and gave me very solid advice to only do so once the car had been shifted to the new owners name. This was good advice, and i felt really cared for and empowered. Today i called to remove the car and she remembered me and relayed our conversation and I was so surprised and it was such a positive experience i cannot believe.
