It is not often in South Africa today that one is able to compliment some one on Exceptional Service. Natasja Badenhorst who handled my claim is some one to be complimented. She kept me informed on a regular basis of what was happening, & apologized for the delay as she was waiting for a report which she had no control over. Thank you Natasja
