EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

I recently moved over to Discovery Insure. I've been upset with the numerous e-mails sent without any replies. Phone call without any response and then I was lucky enough to be transferred to Mpho Mukoma. Her knowledge of the product, telephone manner and EXCEPTIONAL service is really something to comment about. Not only did she manage to calm me down after I nearly bit her head off, but she went the extra mile to explain everything clearly, she solved my queries and she even made all the bookings for the installation of the devices on my vehicles. Well done girl!!! Discovery Insure is privileged to have a knowable and able person like you in their service. Keep up the good work.
