My car broke down on the public holiday. I called in and received exceptional service from Boitumelo Nape. She was professional, caring and super efficient. she arranged for a service provider to come to me. She called me back to give me feedback on when he would arrive within minutes of me making the call. The service provider arrived within 15 minutes, even quicker than I could possibly have expected, and got me back on the road in no time at all.
