Exceptional Customer Service

I was helped by Lerato Mosupye on Friday. I really want to compliment her on her service towards me and I am sure every client she attends to. I rarely leave comments for people but felt she deserves this. She handled my query with professionalism and care. She was interested in me as a person and not just someone she could make money off of. She took the time to have a quick chat and in turn it warmed me up to talk en listen in return. I have never experienced this from a call centre agent at any other company. She looked at a lower premium (for my age) before I could even ask. And assisted me in canceling one of my options due to circumstances changing. I cannot express how much she upped my day. I would recommend that management applaud and recognize her caring, friendly and professional service towards her clients.
