Exceptional and informative service.

A HUGE shoutout to Shafick Allow from the Retentions department. I was in the verge of leaving discovery insure as I was offered a cheaper premium elsewhere. Little did I know that there is always a catch, Shafick was able to make me aware of all the red flags. This whole thing just made me realize how little we know as clients and having an advisor who will guide you step by step will make you avoid misinformed decisions. I’m glad I was able to get assistance and a reminder of why I chose Discovery Insure to begin with. The service I received from this guy was truly insightful he made me understand the ins and outs of my policy, the jargon that’s used and what I should be doing to remain a good driver!

I now have peace of mind because a very patient advisor was able to hear me out and provide clarity with every little question I had. So before we start shaming and badmouthing insurers it’s important to have a conversation with someone who makes you comfortable so that you get great service like I did.
