Excelllent service from Discovery Insure Roadside Assistance
I was given excellent service by Ele Leeuw of Discovery Insure Roadside Assistance. He arranged a service provider within minutes of taking my call. He reported back on progress and followed up afterwards whether I had been assisted by the service provider. This is fantastic service. Well done Discovery Insure and Ele!!

Today again i was given excellent service by Willie Scholtz. I called for Roadside Assistance again. Willie arranged this. The service provider was at my premises within the estimated time. However they could not assist me, as the equipment did not work.
Willie called me later to check up. He said he was informed the service provider was not able to assist. He then inquired whether he could arrange a tow truck to move my car to the Battery Centre as it appears that the battery needed replacing.
This was promptly arranged. The service provider was careful to load and transport my car to Battery Centre and unloaded the car there.
Once again Discovery Insure delivered an excellent service!!
As before, thank you for staff such as Willie who assisted me. You are a great company
