Excelllent service from Discovery Insure, Cobra Towing & BMW Sovereign (Bloemfontein, South Africa)

On Wednesday 16th May 2025, I was assisted by Discovery Insure, after a vehicle mechanical function in Bloemfontein, South Africa. The consultant (Thato) was very helpful, clear, efficient & friendly, and he organised the towing in very short time. The tow truck company, Cobra Towing, was also very efficient. The consultant and tow truck driver were professional, clear, and friendly, and the car was towed to a BMW dealership without any problems. May I also say theta Nadine Smiles at BMW Sovereign was helpful and friendly as always (I have used this dealership for ten years).
