Excellent telephonic assistance by Ms Demi Loddo
I would like to thank claim consultant Demi Loddo for her excellent service this morning while sorting out a claim. My claim was wrongly described by the assessors and as I did not hear anything from Discovery Insure appointed consultant, Ms Loddo patiently and calmly assisted me. She is professional and has a very calm and kind attitude in assisting me as a client Thank you for your excellent help.
