Excellent Service yet again

I'm passionate about service, and logically when it's bad I will complain until some sort of action is taken. Obviously the contra needs to apply when the service is not only good, but excellent. Motshabi Kotu was not only professional in handling my claim, but was very helpful and answering all my questions and concerns and displayed a great attitude and urge to help.<br> <br> Well done Motshabi, you were excellent.
