Excellent service when vehicle got ******

My son's car was ******, Friday 3 July. Before we could report it the tracking company C-track contacted me enquiring if the vehicle was save. They tracked the vehicle, kept us informed through numerous calls and recovered the vehicle. Yueshan David from Discovery Insure, Motor Claims department contacted me on Monday, 6 July and briefed me clearly on what is required to release the vehicle from the Police pound and to initiate a claim. He arrange for the vehicle to be lifted from the pound, and for the assessor to inspect the vehicle. Within 8 working days the process was completed and the vehicle is at a Body shop for repairs. During this period Yueshan has contacted me regularly, telephonically and via e-mail. He was very helpful and it is a relief that there are still people who care for their clients. Well done
