Excellent Service, Thank You!!!

My claim experience with Discovery Insure has not been satisfactory since now when one of my claims was assigned to Martha Mananabela. I was affected by the recent floods in Centurion; the transformer in our complex got damaged and we were left without electricity for a number of days not only leaving us in the dark but also losing Christmas groceries that were refrigerated. Martha dealt with my claim efficiently and speedily until it was finalised and for that I am grateful. I also had to add insurance for my cellphone and after speaking to Martha she transferred my call to Sandile Ngobeni at Client Servicing who also speedily assisted me and offered advice that will save me money in future. I am very grateful to these two individuals. These two deserve an extra Christmas bonus for their excellent service. Thank you Discovery Insure for turning a very bad situation into a better one.
