Excellent service, Thabang Mpyana
Excellent service from Thabang Mpyana, an extremely professional, master and custodian of the Insure brand and its offerings. No one from the retention department has interrogated my cover as well as Thabang did yesterday! He managed to reduce my premium and keep me on as a client. I was planning to leave because of the high premium but now I'm staying for good. Thank you Thabang Mpyana!!!!
