<p>I have been with Discovery since 2013 and YES for over 12 month ago I claimed three times which makes me a HIGH RISK CLIENT. Discovery Insure covers me for my Households contents, Vehicle, Portables, and Short fall for just above R1 600. Due to affordability (Not SERVICE, I repeat, NOT Service) as they pride themselves by putting their Clients at the centre of core business.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called Discovery today (26 June 2017) and wanted cancelation as I had found a better alternative (it is everybody's dream to pay less and save more). I was assisted by a professional, passionate, client-centric with a high level of business etiquette (Shamanie Pillay-Retentions Consultant). She was polite and managed to reduce my premium with just below R255. I grateful and thankful (Big Ups to Discovery Management for Insuring that they train and capacitate their staff in a manner that they do. For the next few months, I will probably use this to complement my new born Nappy BudgetLL</p> <p>Not only that, she further explained how I can further save by reviewing what I still owe to the vehicle and whether I still need a credit shortfall cover. I am a client of discovery in many respects as I have Medical Aid, Investment and Car Insurance. Just love their professionalism.</p> <p> </p>
