After waiting for three consultants and each time their call would cut off, I was absolutely furious. The next time I called, it was to cancel my Discovery Insurance, but this time Shafick answered and calmed down the situation. He managed to change my mind, stop my cancellation and did what needed to be done in the first place. Brilliant service by Shafick.
