Excellent service received from Discovery Insure

I would like to express my gratitude for the prompt and efficient service received from Discovery Insure after we experience a mishap with our vehicle. Claim was logged & vehicle assessed the same day. The claims adviser appointed to my claim, Jose Nelson was excellent with his service and assisted me throughout the whole process without any issues. The car hire was the only delay whereas the car hire could only be collected once the claim was authorized, but other than that, the service from Jose Nelson, Discovery Insure & Avis was appreciated
