Kelebogile did a wonderful job in following up and making sure my new policy documents were updated accordingly. She added a personal touch to the call to ensure I was not bored since it had to be a long call. She also made sure I understand every step of the process regarding tracking unit installation. She gave me an opportunity to also speak in case of any uncer*****y. Most of all she assured me I can always get back to her should I not be happy with anything concerning my policy.
