Excellent service quality
Supplier: Discovery Insure Branch: Sandton Department: Claims I received such excellent service quality from Reabetswe Mabidikana. I like how she kept updating me regarding my claims and its milestones. She showed great empathy and could identify with all me need as a customer. Her level of commitment to resolving the needs of the customer is very admirable. I am so happy with the service and the turn around times regarding this claim
