I'd like to appreciate the professional courtesy I experienced in the hands of one Zimkita Sundu from the Retentions department. The manner in which she handled my recent case showed that not only is she well versed in the product or service she is delivering but it also shows that she definitely puts the best interests of the customer first. For that I truly take my hat of to her and wish her all the best in her career endeavours. I hope Discovery Insure does well to reward her and empower her to do more.
