Excellent service, pricing and billing just too much

I was at Discovery Insure for thee years and could honestly say the service was excellent. Earlier this month my vehicle was ****** and Discovery Insure acted very swiftly in assisting me during this period in settling my claim. The way the process was managed with constant feedback made my life so much easier and put my mind at ease knowing I am not on my own. Many thanks to Mr. Madlala and his team in the claims department.

Unfortunately, after requesting a quotation for my newly purchased vehicle the new monthly premium was just too much and I had to consider a different insurer. It is a real pity that I had to contact Mr Kirk De Sai from the retentions department for the cancellation of my policy.
