In the process of finalising my DQ Track installation dates, I noticed a very aggressive message from Discovery to the effect that, unless the arrangements were made the same day, penalties would be attracted.<br> <br> When Ms Tsotetsi assisted my to finalise my appointments, I mentioned the message and found myself becoming upset about it all over again, because nobody had beforehand brought the relevant requirement to my attention.
