Excellent service of Moloko Mathabathe

My name is Maggie Thakhuli from Arconpark, Vereeniging. On the 29th October 2022 in the morning I called Discovery Insure for roadside assistance. I was attended by Moloko Mathabathe. For the first time since I joined Discovery Insure, I received such excellent service. She communicated with me with respect, patience and professionalism. She understood my frustrations and committed to attend to my request and revert back to me with the details of the company that would be dispatched to assist me. She did that within a short space of time and in the meantime I waited for the service provider she kept updating me on the status. In two hours the service provider arrived and I was assisted. She called me thereafter just to check if I was assisted. Moloko is the reason I am still with Discovery Insure.
