Excellent service - not common in SA these days.

Over the last while I've been dealing with a Discovery Insure, call centre agent named Jose Nelson. Through plan changes on my side, I've ended up messing him around quite a bit. None the less, he has been nothing but courteous, helpful and eager to keep this annoying customer happy.

I'd like to commend him on his attitude and say to Discovery that if all of your agents are like Jose, you're doing something right.
