Excellent Service Neil Swart

Dear Peter, <br> <br> We are seldom placed in a situation where one is lucky enough to stumble upon a knight in disguise that is decent and a compassionate being. I was in an accident last Wed 18th Nov whereby Neil Swart was the passenger in the other vehicle. This stranger who works at Discovery Health overheard that I was a Discovery Insure customer. While I was compiling the accident report at the police station, Neil Swart had arranged for the registration of my insurance claim and within minutes my claim no and reference no for my car to be towed was sms'd to me. Neil also stayed with me until my car was towed and offered to drop me off at work. Neil is a reflection of customer service at its best. Now to see if Discovery Insure claims department will measure up to the excellent service I've received so far.
