Excellent service (Moipone Hlongwane)

I Must say that my general experience with Discovery Insure has been excellent though I was pleasantly pleased with the level of service I received from Moipone Hlongwane. She was patient when taking down claim details and also communicated clearly and was able to explain what was expected of me and how the process would be. Throughout the entire process, I knew what was happening as I was regularly updated and my claim was concluded quicker than I expected based on my experience with other insurers for a similar claim type.
