Excellent service Legal Department

In January 2018 i had a collision whilst my car was parked at work, so i claimed from my insurance Discovery and they had to recover my loss for the other party. I paid a huge amount of excess which i was to be refunded as soon as the other party acknowledged my claim. I had the pleasure of having Olivia Thinane from the legal department handle my claim. I have never experienced such dedication, commitment and passion, I am so amazed. She constantly updated me and gave feedback every week of the proceedings until my excess has been refunded. This process could have taken up to 3 years by law but she went out of her way to make sure i get my excess back as soon as possible. Such experiences will make one chose to be loyal, simply because of this excellent service. Well done Olivia, i am with Discovery for LIFE!!
