Excellent service from Zunaid Joseph at Discovery Insure
When I got to my vehicle after my shift ended at 4pm, I dialled Discovery Insure and was assisted by an extremely helpful and patient Zunaid Joseph. After 15 mins the breakdown service arrived and assisted me to remove my rim which would not come loose in order for me to put on the spare. Zunaid also called me 10 mins after the breakdown service arrived to ensure my problem was sorted and that I was satisfied with the service I'd received.. He sounded genuinely concerned and even offered alternative assistance..Thank you Zunaid, your efficiency and concern was genuinely appreciated
