Excellent Service from William Machitiso

I was in an accident early Friday morning (11 January 2019) on the way to work. I immediately got a call from Discovery asking if I was okay and from the start to the end William ensured that I was safe and received the best service and care. I know there were other incidents he dealt with as well, but not once I was left out of the loop. He made time for me and that made me feel special.
